I need to re-register the companys yearly subscription to Nortons AV. On the Win 2003 server, a password is required to access Norton AV.

The person who originally installed it is no longer with the company, and no one knows the password.

So, I cannot even open Nortons to update it with the update file.

Is there a way to reset the password, or remove the password protection? I have Administrator rights to Windows.

    Thanks,

    Steve

Nevermind. I just found the answer on Symantecs website. Guess it would've been smart if my lazy ass went there first. Duh!

    Thanks anyway,

    Steve
