   I have Windows 7 with a free trial of Norton. When my trial is up, can I just press the uninstall button or will I have problems uninstalling it?

   Hi Erika
   
   You should run the Norton Removal Tool rather than using uninstall: http://majorgeeks.com/Norton_Removal_Tool_SymNRT_d4749.html
   
   It will get rid of the whole program. Using uninstall can leave pieces behind and cause issues.
   
   You should also run Ccleaner after removal: http://majorgeeks.com/CCleaner_Slim_d4191.html

   Thank you sooooo much for your advice.....I've download the programs you suggested! After I had started my trial, I remember someone telling me (a long time ago) that Norton wasn't easy to uninstall, so I really appreciate your coming to my rescue!
