I read it but don't get it, the file is huge!

Just do what the READ ME says and attach it along with the other logs. If it is too big to post, you probably changed the options from the defaults or you did not clean other things as suggested in the READ ME that were to have been done before getting to Bitdefender. Either way, if the log is too large to attach, you can compress it into a ZIP file and upload the ZIP file. After I see this, I will know the exact reason why the log is very large.

Okay as suspected, you changed the default settings and Bitdefender was also printing out info for clean files which is unnecessary since we don't care about clean files.

Why are you running Bitdefender and if you are having malware problems, where are the rest of the logs requested in the READ & RUN ME?

All the others in the list I ran either found nothing or in the case of the Ccleaner it deleted what it found. Lot of what I read in the (Read & Run Me First) no matter how many times I went over it, to me, read, blah blah. In the case of running Bitdefender, I'm assuming I ran it because it was under the heading Malware Removal even thought I'm not real certain what that stands for, malicious something or other I'm guessing. I just looked again at Bitdefender and did not see where there was settings to change, none that I understood anyway.
I tried to fix the problem myself before seeking help and even with the print out of (Read & Run Me First) it took me two days sitting in front of my
computer with a lot of trial and error before I got to this point. I realize you probably deal with this matter on a day to day basis and are sick to death of giving the same info and q&a's over and over but for me I would not be asking for help if I knew what I was doing in the first place. Most of the time I consider myself extremely lucky to push the ON button on my computer and actually have it come on and boot up to boot. It seems to be running ok now although I deleted a lot of programs. Thank You for your help.

I was but apperently one of the things listed I did, even if I didn't do it right seems to have taken care of it.
