Im not sure if I am having a hardware issue or possible virus?

My computer started kicking me offline about a month ago. I would do the troubleshooting and it would reset wireless router. Then a few days ago whenever I watch anything online the page crashes and I get a driver error. I just checked the event log and this is what it says in the details:

A problem has occurred with one or more user-mode drivers and the hosting process has been terminated. This may temporarily interrupt your ability to access the devices.

This morning I got an odd popup saying that the strong vault file could not be opened. I had no clue what that was so I googled it, then removed it.

But I just got kicked offline again, and I could not get back online until I rebooted the computer this time.

Ok I am finally back in town. I have run the malware scans. I am having more issues than before. My wireless keeps kicking me off. When I try to use the internet in anything other than safe mode I keep getting an error saying that IE has stopped working and needs to restart. Google Chrome keeps messing up. It will be fine then when I restart my computer and try to open chrome it says that files are missing and can not open. The computer turns off randomly. Last night it restarted on its own. When it did restart it started in recovery mode saying that windows shut down unexpectedly and needed to repair. When I ran that it said it could not be repaired. Files that are named desktop.ini keep popping up EVERYWHERE.

Your logs are clean. Your issues are not due to malware. I suggest you post in the software forum for further assistance.

Since you are not having any malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. You can uninstall RogueKiller and HitManPro.
    2. Go back to step 4 of the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link

Malware removal from a National Chain = $149
Malware removal from MajorGeeks = $0
