   When I ran Windows update today, the Creative Game Port drivers popped up as an update under Hardware. My soundcard (SB Live) is working fine, I use it with the drivers from the cd (they were newer than the ones on the site). What exactly does the Creative Game Port control? All I use my soundcard for is audio out. Thanks!

   The game port will be for a joystick or gamepad, if your happy with the drivers you have now then ignore the MS ones, you can on the windows/microsoft update site, hide that update from appearing again, just click the Custom button and when you see the driver listed click the + and then tick the Dont show this Update again box ( as seen below )
