Now Function

Is there any way of putting in the date and time without using the now function as this keeps updating everytime its saved or re-opened.

I got a button on a userform which when pressed inputs the date and time onto a worksheet to record when the work was completed but the time keeps updating because it is using the now function to insert the date and time is there any way code of putting in Now() or date or time but it not updating itself everytime its saved?

 

You say on a worksheet - is that in Excel then?

Or are you using something like VB linked to Excel?

 

It's okay I sorted now with (Time) and (Date)
