ntdll errorDialog and crash

Good evening,

I'm facing a serious problem related to ntdll.dll crashes.
When I'm using an application it crash after a certain amount
of time, the error is related to: ntdll.dll, offset: 0003426d.
It looks like a memory issue to me and tried to replace it
with another dll (same versions btw), but it still doesn't change
anything.
I also scanned for malware/spyware and virusses, but it's not that.
When the program is analysing a certain thing it's looping, and
it's random when the application will crash. Could be after 3
iterations or maybe 20.

I hope you have an answer for me, cause I'm dealing with this
for a long time now.

P.S.: I've looked on many threads already on here, but they aren't
relevant for my issue.

What is the application? I've looked and seen this error with Roxio, Outlook Express and Internet Explorer.
