Nvidia Geforce 7600 GS problems

I installed the Chronicles of Riddick. Haven't played it in a long time. I have a new computer since then.

I have an Nvidia Geforce 7600 GS card and when I start the game it tells me

"Application requires graphics driver support for Open GL 1.3 or higher"

I went and updated the nvidia drivers but get the same message.

Any ideas would be nice.

There is a patch 1.1 for Chronicles of Riddick you need to install that should fix that problem.
