Obtaining System Specs

Hi. Me again. Okay, so I read the notice after I first posted. My problem now is, which one of the system check downloads do I go with? I only need it to ask this one question about my email addresses. Obviously I'll choose a free one, but I need a relativly uncomplicated one, or I will just make my situation worse, no doubt. Can you recommend one I can download off this site? I need to try to do this soon, I'm away from home, and email is really my only contact with pretty much everyone I know...
