OC a P4 2.4 533FSB on an ASUS P4P800 w/ Ti 3 200 64mb AGP

My MoBo has a feature that tries to do a stable over clocking of 5, 10, 20 and 30% OC's. It works on 5 and 10% but not 20 or 30% I can manually set the FSB to 147 w/ AGP/PCI set slightly increased and all volts stock settings. Runs GREAT, I get 2.646GHz out of it. I was wondering if anyone has tried getting more than that out of it. Heatsink and Fan are Retail stock with the P4. My Case has 8 case fans, and my video card has a stock sink and fan. I put my CPU on a 100% load for over 2 hours and never went over 40C, using ASUS probe my vcore was 1.584V.

But when I looked at the CPU info in the ASUS Probe it said current speed 2.4GHz, max speed 3.6GHz. Can I get this bad boy higher??? My Mobo can do FSB of 100 to 400MHz, but my CPU is locked at 18 multiplier. Is there a way to unlock a P4 2.4?

ddr 400 (has heatsinks on them by me)
im not sure about voltage and memory oc'ing
right not its using manual under cpu jumper and oc'ing at "30 % overdrive"

there thermal take polo fan has a 5500 rpm fan along with my 3 tornados
have not seen my cpu even come close to 100 farenhiet yet

any ideas guys?
