OH MY GOD.. (tell me this did not just happen)

    EVERYTHING was just erased off my comp. FILES, EVERYTHING! :( if you need an HJT log included, tell me.:O

    Are you overstating your problem????

    If all of your files have been erased how are you coming here? And how could you get a HijackThis log on a PC that has no files on it? Your PC would not run?

    If you have truly erased all of your files HJT is not going to help you and we will not be able to help you either.

    very weird but it happened on the admin account for safe mode, i got it all back on the username account

    Well then your files are not delete then! Are they!

    Why are you posting a HijackThis log? And you must not post any logs inline with messages they must be attachments. If you are having malware problems, then before attaching HijackThis logs, you must run the below steps standard cleaning steps. I'm adding one step in front of the standard cleaning steps because you have a Look 2 ME VX2 infection.

    Run this: Look2Me VX2 Removal and ATTACH the requested log.

    Now please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments. MAKE SURE YOU pay attention to step 3 because you have both Bitdefender and Kaspersky antivirus applications installed.
    • Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    • Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
    • After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
      • Bitdefender
      • Panda Scan
      • HijackThis
