OMG, Help Me Please with pass word issue?

I'm sorry if this is an often asked question in a sticky, but at quick glance, I didn't see it. Anyway...

Duh! I'm such a ditz...I have to constantly change the access password to one of our computers because of the kids. I changed it about a week ago and I cannot remember the damn thing, so I cannot logon!

I hit F1, went into DOS and set new PW there, but I evidently changed it for something else, cause it's still not letting me get passed the logon.

Any way to get this PW? I'm going to take a shower, hopefully, it will come to me there.

Any way I can get it, if I don't remember??

By the way I feel like a total idiot so PLEASE PLEASE RUB IT IN. I want to hear how much of a duntcs I am.
