    Hello,

I have a PC with wireless connection to the Internet (PCI wireless card). Is it somehow possible to use the Ethernet port (NIC) to PROVIDE network access to a device? (such as a D-Link internet camera with ethernet connection).

    Thanks for your help!

Using Client OS (I.e. Not a real server like Windows 2008) you cannot use two Network Cards (does not matter wire or wireless) that are connected to the same Network (I.e. same Wireless Router/switch etc.).

You can use both only if they are configured to two subnets (Two independent Networks).

Yes you can use both. I'm doing that right this moment. Just set them up individually. It's easy.
