Opteron 165

    I just recently purchased an Opteron 165 and it is running hot. I know that the fan is capable of spinning about 5200 rpm but it stays right around 3000 rpm. Is there a way to make my fan run faster? I have tried using q-fan but it has no effect. I have an asus a8n32-sli deluxe mobo and 2gb of corsair xms ram.
