Options when inserting a USB device

    This will sound strange, but I'd like for Windows to ask me what I want to do with my flash drive every time I plug it in. Once upon a time, I told it to automatically open the folder, but I'm not sure how to change that.

    What version of Windows? How does your system respond now when you first connect a flash drive?

    I'm running XP SP3. When I insert the flash drive, it automatically opens a folder with all of the files on the drive.
