Optiplex GX280-OK to use DDR2-800 in it?

Have a chance to pick up a Optiplex GX280 (small tower) system for $60 (daughter wants grandsons ages 7&5 to have their own system). System comes with only 512mb DRR2-533 in it. I have two 1Gb Corsair DDR2-800 sticks I can throw in it (along with a 512mb PCIe vid card).

Just wondering if any of you have any experiences running faster memory in one of these Optiplex's. I figure $60 for a complete system (tower, monitor, keybd, mouse, spkrs) for what they'd be using it for is a good deal IF I can use the 2 DDR2-800 sticks in it then put Win 7 on it.

It seems that the maximum RAM the motherboard supports is 4GB, so you're good as far as that goes.

This is what Crucial lists as compatible RAM (DDR2-800 is included), so you should be good:

Yeah I have two 1Gb XMS2 DDR2-800 4-4-4-12 stick so it looks like that'd work just fine.
