Outlook 2003 Calendar

Hi,

I'm having a problem accessing information saved within my Outlook calendar. A bit of background...

Outlook is installed on my laptop's hard drive. At home I log onto my local profile and save dates etc in Outlook - not a problem. At work I log onto my network profile, open Outlook and, hey presto, the dates I have created have disappeared. This is also the case vice versa. Is their any way I can save dates and access them across both my profiles seeing as I'm saving to my hard drive in both instances?
