Outlook 2007-automatically add contacts

Hi,

Windows Vista, Microsoft Office Outlook 2007

I was just wondering if there is a way to automatically add into my contacts all the e-mail addresses I have sent e-mails to? I've had a thorough look through outlook and google and cannot find a way to do this, or an answer as to whether it's actually possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does not do it automatically unless you use an add-on tool.
