Outlook 2010 email "display as:" question

    I am changing from Outlook Express to Outlook 2010. I had things set up in OE so that when I added names to the people I was sending email to, it showed the name rather then the email address. I downloaded some 2000 contacts to Outlook 2010, and when I send an email, it shows the email address rather then the name. Is there a way to change this so that it shows just the names? I really do not want to go through 2000 names and change each one individually.
