Outlook Express 6 & Internet Explorer 6 cannot print

I have a client who is running Windows ME and uses outlook express as her e-mail client & internet explorer as her browser. She is unable to print from both programs yet can print from word or a test page. The printer has been removed from the control panel & re-installed numerous times with no success. Incidentally, Internet Explorer does not show the version number, cipher strength or product ID when you click "About Internet Explorer" Her outlook Express version is 6.00.2800.1123. She is also having issues with not being able to purchase airline tickets & other items online. All the security & privacy settings have been set to the lowest with no success..

Have her download and run the Internet Explorer Fix, http://majorgeeks.com/download4467.html

It might require a restart and then have her try printing from both IE and Outlook Express.
