Outlook express Proxy Authentication required

Hi, I have recently moved to a wireless network that requires me to use a proxy server. Only thing is, I can not get my outlook express to connect through it. I keep getting the following error.

Unable to poll for new mail messages on your HTTP server. Account 'Hotmail', Server 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Proxy Authentication Required', Port 0, Secure (SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC37

I have tried the MS website with the expected result of nothing useful so i thought i'd try you guys.

How can I get my hotmail accounts from outlook express via a proxy server? Or, is there a better email client that can still use the http mail? Or even, does anyone know of a add on to Mozilla Thunderbird to make it do http mail?
