Outlook Express removes my attachments; how can I stop it?

    I have received several eMails that have had the attachments stripped off, and the comment appended:
    "OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your eMail:..."

    I believe there's a place where the sensitivity can be adjusted. And I would like to do so.
    The "unsafe attachment" was a picture of the Easter Bunny being sent to my grandson by his mother!

    Any help in this matter will be appreciated.
