outlook express spam/junk filter needed

hi ive got no spam gurd/filter on my email that my provider supplies me, so i have no way of stopping junk.
can anyone help me with a programme or solution, i use avg free as my anti virus but this doesnt stop junk either.

im having a problem at the moment where for example i get 3 mails from 1 person it is grouping them under 1 and you have to click a plus sign to expand all of them , ive tried turning it off but cant .it never used to do that it just started to?


also i was trying to find a link to upgrade my outlook express to the next version but cant seem to find it anywhere on the microsoft site?

What version of outlook express are ye running, and what version are ye looking for?

 

As for the 3 emails grouped together thing, that might be solvable by going to Outlook Express view menu, going to current view, and unchecking "group messages by conversation". Not sure if that is the setting you are talking about, but it might be worth a shot.
