OutLook Express won't send more than one email at a time

OutLook Express won't send more than one email at a time doesn't matter if the file size is as small 10kb.

I always get Error Number: 0x800CCC69

That error means "Mailbox not found". It is an SMTP error so check the SMTP settings are correct for your ISP.

 

They are set:

Incoming - pop.peoplepc.com - server port - 110
Outgoing - smtpauth.peoplepc.com - server port - 587

 

The Peoplepc.com help & info page states that the pop3 incoming should be set to mail.peoplepc.com.

"The PeoplePC POP3 Server name is mail.peoplepc.com and our SMTP Server name is smtpauth.peoplepc.com. You must check the box that says "My server requires authentication," and set the option to "use the same username and password as the incoming mail server." In the Advanced Settings area, you must also change the port number to 587."

 

elbiatcho1 I made all the changes that you recommended and that didn't work either. Are you with peoplepc. Is is there anyway I may contact you by tele?

Another possibility is that you have a corrupt outgoing email that is in your outbox. If there is one you might want to delete it.

 

When you state, more than one email at a time, do you mean, one email with multiple email addresses within it?

Or 3 emails, each with 1 address?

But, you can send the same email, to all 3 email addresses, with 3 seperate emails?

 

Yes, I have to send the same subject to 3 seperate email addresses insted of all three at one time or one click of the send button.
