Outlook Password

Computer locked, would not respond to mouse or keyboard
When I tried to reboot, somehow PW protection came up. Got tech to work on unit, take out PW protection.
Now Outlook wants PW which is not what I thought it was,
How do I open Outlook or change PW?

Mail Pass View will not load

 

Remembered pw, got that remedied.
Now keep getting message wanting PW. No problem with the PW, but constantly furnishing it is becoming an irritant.
Thoughts, suggestions?

Have you tried ctrl alt del to restart it without a password.

 

Remembered password, used it. MSO came right up.
