Outlook spam blocking

    Question on the outlook server.

    e-mail is dissapearing without reaching the server. Even if I look at it through outlook web access I don't see anything in the spam filter. No rejection notifications, no undeliverable messages.
    Any idea where it's stuck? ISP filtering? or server just not showing the Spam in the spam folders but filters it anyway?
