Overclocking Ati Radeon Video Card & Processor

I have an ati radeon 9250 video card which i want to OC using ATI Tool. I was wondering what i can use to find the tempature it is running at as well as the tempature of the processor. Is there a program i can use?

 

I used Motherboard Monitor 5 and its saying my average CPU tempature is 134 degrees Farenheit (is this bad??)

Hate to say it but I have the same Video Card and mine has no temp sensors on the GPU and thus no readout. I have used mobo/HDD/CPU as coarse level background temp sensors when OC the card. I was only ever able to get it to 270/210 via ATI Tools but didn't really find that great a difference instead I have downloaded and installed the following drivers and found these a lot more "noticeable" (only 9Mb), EXTREME ATi found in this thread:

yes thats pretty toasty temps... is that under load or idle... if its idle invest in a new cpu cooler and then oc more.... i reccomend the Thermaltake Big Typhoon

 

ya thats under idle.... lol nothing is even overclocked yet
