overclocking my AMD x2 4200+/m2n32-sli

well i been doing my fair share of research but nothing has helped me get 2.9mhz out of my amd x2 4200+ on the asus m2n32-sli deluxe wifi edition running on vista with
4gb corsair xms2 pc6400c4 800mhz memorey and dual msi 7600gt in sli. I have installed CPU-Z and ntune 5.0.
Now i am quite sure i know where all the setting fields are located on the BIOS but not to sure on where to but them to make the system cool and stable while booting without errors. I have just went back to AI overclocking with N.O.S at 10 % haha what a joke. Can somebody please step me throughthis overclocking process. btw yes i have a zalman 9500 cooler!

WHAT I HAVE DONE SO FAR: disabled cool n quiet, enabled sli memorey at optimal, set memorey speed to 533 mhz (pc6400-800mhz), then worked my way up too 250 x10, 250 x 11x, 251 by 11x, now at 252 at 11x 2772 with vcore at 1.35 (took off auto setting) and it gets stuck while booting either at mobo bios enter screen or while trying to load vista. Whats going on? my temps were still very cool 54c cpu and 38c mobo using zalman 9500 with the bios cpu-q fan and chassis q-fan both disabled
