Use the ASUS AI Suite. Also make sure you have an adequate power supply and cooling. Main thing is to take things slowly, this isn't a horse race. Both my machines are OC'd by about %30 or more but I have quality components to support that.

BTW, don't ever plug someone else's numbers into your OC, you could kill the machine reaal quick!

Thanks, as u can see, my pc is quite powerful enough to handle it. But i'll just increase it bit by bit to be on the safe side.

Thanks for the help and info.

I didn't see any power supply or cooling specs in your first post, just because your CPU is strong doesn't mean the rest of your machine is. Check this out first. Check your heat in the beginning by using HWMonitor , it's free.

BTW, you really want spammers to hit your e-mail? No one here will send you one, maybe ask a moderator to change it for you.

Also, before you start doing anything, run OCCT to see if your machine can run at %100 load at stock speeds. You'll then know what you need to do. Sorry for the multiple posts, my brain is working in dribs and drabs today.;)

my psu is OCZ 700w i have 4 fans, heatsink is compac 29 thermaltake. temperature all over under 30% up to 40% on game load.

lol thanks for the help. I want to do it the safe way as opposed to the way it can damage my system. I like to know what exactly i'm doing before i mess with things i don't particulary understand. Thanks for that program. I'll give it a go when im home. At work atm (naughty i know) shh don't tell the boss lol.
