Overdrive will not play

    I am starting a new Overdrive Console Media thread since the old one is out of date.
    My husband just downloaded an audiobook from the library...it shows up in the OCM library, however, he is unable to get it to play...I have tried everything that I know... his audio drivers are up to date...of course the Library cannot help...hope someone here can help us out. He is running Windows 7 and the Windows Media has had the security update.
