Do you think I am overloading my Antec SP 2.0 350Watt PSU?
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103934

    My current setup:

    P4 Prescott 3.0GHz
    512x2 Corsair VS PC4300 DDR2 533
    Asus P5ND2-SLI Intel Edition
2x WD SATA Caviar 120GB HDD
    1x 6600GTs in SLI
    1 Maxtor IDE HDD
    1 NEC DVD Burner
    1 Lite-on burner

My computer is randomly rebooted while playing a game or just even during startup of XP. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It should be sufficient, although it's not a very powerful unit.

However, what does 1 x 6600GT's in SLI mean? Is that one or two cards?

Go to Start, run and type in sysdm.cpl then OK.

On the Advanced tab, under StartUp and Recovery, click Settings.

Under System Failure, uncheck Automatically Restart, then OK and Apply.

That won't fix anything, but will stop it from rebooting on every error, and give you a blue screen with some information you can use for troubleshooting.

Im not sure if that PSU is powerful enough, it should run your system but during intensize loads it may be a problem, i know my system required a minium of 500watts, If nobody else here is able to solve your problem i might suggest getting a 400 watt + psu, Also has this always been a problem with your computer, or did it started recently, if it started recently it may be a problem with drivers

Rather recently. Let me restate the issue, it is not rebooting or giving me an error. It is just straight freezing up and I have to either power down(holding the power button) the system or press the reset button. It happens at randoms, once playing COD2, another just booting back up into windows on my desktop.

I think it is a driver issue as well but when I unplug the one of the SATA HDDs that I think is bad it seems to be more stable and does not freeze or crash. I will run some intensive programs and see if it freezes again.

I thought you said, "My computer is randomly rebooted while playing a game or just even during startup of XP"?

Anyway, see if Event Viewer reveals any clues.

Start, run and type in eventvwr.msc and look for an incident at the same time as the freezing.

Nope, nothing shows up there around the time of it freezing.

Are you running two cards in SLI or just one?

If it's two, the power supply isn't powerful enough. It's iffy with one card at best.

It could be one of three main issues:

1: Not enough power, I think that you're okay though

2: Drivers (also not likely if you have the most recent)

3: HEAT, this was the reason that I could not run my two 7900 GTX's in SLI. If you don't already have the newest drivers, download them (with them you will get the new nVidia control panel version 1.2.1.11). With this software, you can monitor your temps.

My comp. was havin' the EXACT same issue, especially with CoD2. that games requires a lot of your video card(s) and will heat them up VERY fast.

Solution: If you have determined that it IS infact a heating problem, I would install a 120mm fan in the side of your case that allows more airflow to the cards, OR you could go with water cooling (somewhat difficult).

    Best Of Luck

    Ohhh... Correction:

I just noticed that it was a 350 watt, I thought it said 550... AND your 12 volt rail is only 10 amps, there is NO WAY that this is enough for SLI. I would suggest the PSU that I have, SilverStone 560 Watt PSU. It has 36 amps running in the 12 volt rail (plenty for SLI users).

I am currently not running in SLI, I meant to fix that and I do have all the current drivers for everything. One of my 6600GT fans died and I am too lazy to get a zalman vf700 or 900 for the time being. Also my 12 volt is Dual 12Volt Rail.

Whether you have SLi or not... I am still having second thoughts about your power supply.. 10 amps just dosen't do it. I would highly recommend a minimum 400W system power supply (with 12V rating of 22A).

since it is a dual 12 volt rail technically isn't it 10+15 on the other 12 volt rail.

I don't think so, the entire 12 volt circuit begins with a single voltage divider which drops the voltage from 115V to 12V, once a few resistors are thrown into the circuit, the amperage on the all of the 12V outputs should be the same (in your case, 10 amps), otherwise there would be multiple device failures. On every Power Supply that I've worked on at school, this is how it was designed, you may want to call the manufacturer of either your card, or PSU to decide what is causing the issue. Hopefully I am of some help. :)
