Overwriting Cache

    Hope I have the correct forum.
    I use Windows XP and Firefox for my browser. I would like to overwrite internet cache files, but I can't find a internet cache folder. Can someone tell me how I can overwrite my intenet files and which overwrite tool do you recomend?
    Thanks in advance. I always use Firefox to clean up before I shut down for the night, but I've read that overwrite does a better job.
