owner name change

    I have a used laptop that I changed the owner name in regedit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows NT\current version then changed name in registered owner. The original owner is still listed in task manager and I am unable to access some areas (control panel, my computer, etc.). What is wrong and how do I change the owner info completely?:confused
