About a month ago my email account started sending emails to all my contacts advertising a Canadian pharmacy. I switched all my contacts to a new account but today, in the old account, I found drafts of all the emails sent. No one has contacted me about anymore emails, but my computer is loading some pages really slow. I'd appreciate it if someone would look at my HJT log. Running XP Home, SP3. Thank you in advance.

Malware detected in email databases has to be cleaned up by you. You have a few choices:

    1. delete the whole file which is not an option you normally want to use
    2. load the email folder that contains the infection and delete ALL unnecessary emails (hoping to remove the problem email) and then use the Mailbox Cleanup option to delete all old emails. Then compact the Outlook database to permanently remove data. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/291645 If you do not cleanup and compact the databases, the deleted emails may still be leaving hidden information in the database that you just cannot see but a scanner may still pickup on it.
    3. create a new folder and move only emails you really need into the new folder and then delete the infected folder.

And as an example of a hacked Hotmail account:

If you want us to check for malware, you need to follow these instructions:

The problem wasn't with Outlook Express, it was in Yahoo mail. I changed my password and moved all my contacts to a new account so now theres no one to sent this spam to. But now I'm getting a LOT of requests to allow someone to add me to their chat program. I don't know this person. This happens at least twice a day. Anyone else ever experience this? There is an option to not allow this person to contact me anymore, but I'm leery of clicking on anything.

TimW already provided you with instructions to follow if you want us to try and help you.
Otherwise just delete all emails or IMs from people you don't know.
