Paint.NET error 1603

    I'm running Win7 and trying to install Paint.NET but the problem is in fatal 1603 error which doesn't allow me to do so.
    Any advices?

    Unfortunatelly none of the offered solutions didn't help in solving my problem. After a while I decided to create new user account and delete the old one. That step helped me out and now everything works fine.
