pc and laptop can each gain access seperatly but not together

have a linksys wireless router and westell 2200 modem using verizon dsl.
pc is wired and laptop is wireless, modem set to bridge router to pppoe, the pc is fine the laptop has a wireless signal with says strength is strong. When the pc is wired to the router the laptop doesnt have access, when pc is not in the picture the laptop has access.

I do notice under network connections on laptop there are 2 sections one is internet gateway which says disabled. the other is the normal lan or hi speed internet which says wireless network enabled and 1394 connection enabled.

Im really lost at this point any ideas?

Your internet gateway should not be disabled. Enable it and see if it helps.

 

I know that but when I click to enable it nothing happens
