Pc Hangs/Stalls

Hi, I'm new to this forum and I hope someone can assist me.

I recently upgraded my PC and recently have been noticing that it stalls/hangs for up to 10 minutes and then comes back to life working fine.

I've checked the HDD, ran a scandisk, CHKDSK, Defragged, stopped all indexing, updated drivers, checked for virus/malware and nothing.

My PC is:

Intel i5 CPU
Gigabyte P55M-UD2 MB
4 Gig Ram
Gigabyte 5770 Graphics
WD & Seagate HDD
Windows 7

Oh, and by the way, CPU usage rarely gets above 5%....

I see that you have gigabyte easy tune software installed, are you doing any overclocking? and maybe it's not at an optimal setting?
