PC shuts down 2 times after boot help

    Operating System Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition
    OS Service Pack Service Pack 3
    DirectX 4.09.00.0904 (DirectX 9.0c)

    My computer boots up completely after I click on anything it comes up then shuts right down. It is hard to turn back on once I get it on then it shuts down again both times it totally loads then goes down. I have to hit restart button to get it back on again.

    So please help not sure what is going on. :cry
