PC starts and stops 20 times before booting

Hello everyone, hope you're doing great! My one year old pc a core 2 duo, on an intel mobo w/nvida 7600 video card, and one gig of ram will stay on for long periods of time after taking up to 20 starts and stops before it boots up. Often after booting up if I multi task, I get the BSOD with a bad_pool_caller heading. If I restart the computer after it has been on for awhile there is no problem booting and it will stay on for a long time unless I do a lot of multi task, at which time it goes to BSOD. But if it is booted after 15 minutes, it may turn on and off 20 times, although 6 is more common before it gets to my desktop. I have run a lot of anti virus tests, AVG, Ad- Aware 2007, SpyBot Search and Destroy. I have run mem test and followed directions found here on how to run winDbg. Have not changed hardware. I am stuck at the mem dump report I get when I run winDbg. Could you look at this and tell me what it means and what to do now, plze?
