PC to Router Latency steadily increasing

    After booting up my PC my ping times are stable

    Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=150
    Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=150
    Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=150
    Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=150
    Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=150

    then after about 20 min pings to my BEFW11S4 router start this

    Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time=-2ms TTL=150
    Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time=-2ms TTL=150
    Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time=-5ms TTL=150
    Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time=-2ms TTL=150
    Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time=6ms TTL=150
    Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time=7ms TTL=150

    im at a total los as to what this is, ide updated till im blue in the face can someone steer me?

    What firewall are you using, and have you tried turning it off during these tests?

    Wired or wireless? Wireless tends to fluctuate at times, and depending on your distance from the router.
