PC Tools Firewall - Iap Module attempting to control WMI

All of a sudden, PC Tools Firewall Plus gives me the message :

"Iap Module is attempting to control another network-enabled application WMI using Window Automation (OLE)"

What is this?
Should I allow/block permanantly?

The Iap is:
C:\Program Files\Dell\Openmanage\Client\Iap.exe

The WMI is:
C:\Windows\System32\Wbem\Wmiprvse.exe

System is:
Dell Latitude D810 - XP Pro - 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600
