PCI Flash Memory

    I recently reformatted my acer aspire 5050 with xp home and in hardware device manager it shows pci flash memory problem. rolleyes

    You mean there is a yellow exclamation mark next to this device?

    Does the machine have a memory card reader that is not working?

    If the answer to both questions is 'yes', then I suspect you haven't installed drivers for the card reader.
