PDF's open in Windows Media Player?!?!?!?

    Help!

    For some reason all my PDF files open automatically in Windows Media Player. When I try to access a help file in a program it does this, and theres no way to right click the file and select "open in reader". How do I set Reader to be the default program for PDF files? How could it not be like this in the first place?

    hold the left shift button down..
    RIGHT click on a file and choose "Open With" from the menu option and select Adobe Reader from the list.. Make sure you check the box on the bottom of the dialog window that says "always use this application" ..
