Heehe.. if you saw my original post you'd know I deserved to be teased.

What kind of freakish windows problem causes control panel not to load and NOT mean a re-install.. augh. I just did that a couple weeks ago and didn't feel like doing it again.

That'll teach me to want something other than the stock (ugly) windows xp theme.

 

LOL. I got mine set to all the old drab "Windows classic" style.
Everyone pokes fun at me about it. I just got so darned used to it, I couldn't grow into the "pretty" XP look. So I didn't !!!
