Anyone know a site to update Pheonix-Award Bios???? I tried their site but they want you to pay $30 to $40 dollars for the update.

If you know your Motherboard manufacturer you can goto their website and get the BIOS which "should be free". Charging for BIOS is next to criminal imho. You can use an app like CPU-z or EVEREST to find out what motherboard you have:

Get the exact model name and search their site.
