Photo Frame Video

    I have a photo frame that is suppose to play music and the video pictures. I took the pictures with my camera, played it on my pc but when I put the chip into the picture frame it only plays the picture without the sound. How would I use the chip in the photo frame to play the video and sound? I would appreciate your assistance or direction to where I could get some information.
