Picture editing. Spliting program

Is there an program that one can split pictures into smaller bits, like if I want to split an 64x64 picture to 4 32x32 picture that contain the different parts of it.

 

you want this for a web page im guessing?
well, if you have photoshop 5 above (might be in lowwer versions too, not sure) imageready does it fine (using the slice tool). other than that im not sure

 

There is a whole mess of them, depending on what you want to spend. Photoshop is at the high end, and something like thumbs plus at the low end. Do a search, on photo editing, you can spend a night reviewing them all. Some have free trials.
