Ping and connected, but cant browse?

Ok, this is weird. I can ping, etc, but cannot browse. I cant even put the ip address that is pinged into the browser and connect that way. I removed all of the bugs taht i could, and am doing an sfc just for shits. has anyone ever encountered this before?

I need some assistance please.

 

Question 1: Who is your Internet Service Provider. DSL or Cable?

Also, do the following:

1. Start
2. Control Panel
3. (Internet Options) or (Network and Internet Connections - Internet Options)
4. Click the Connections Tab
5. Click the button "LAN Settings" in the bottom right.
6. Make sure nothing is checked.
7. Click OK to close
8. Click OK to close
9. Close Control Panel
10. See if your connection works.
