i have a graphics card Nvidia G-force 4 and i got a new game named *Deus ex invisible war* and it needs pixel shader. The problem is that my graphics card do not support pixel shader. Could anyone tell me how can i get past it? or do i have to change my graphics card to play it? or how could i play it?

You cant change requirements to a game, you can only upgrade from what you have; not a new game either so you might wanna think in upgrading.

since Pixel Shader 3 is out by now u might wanna consider getting a cheap card that supports at least PS1 and 2. It makes a whole lot difference in the appearance of you games! i know i love ps3 :), it just looks great

depending on the rest of your setup a 6600gt or something a little slower like a 9800pro would be a good upgrade.
