Play DVD Picture, no sound.

    Hi,
    I just got the Johnny Cash the TV show, 1969-1971. I went to play it and I get the picture OK but no sound. I played it on a neighbors DVD player, no problem. Also I tried another DVD in my player and I got sound. I tried windows media player 11, and realplayer, the same for both. I tried adjusting everything I could see byt nothing is working. OS- XP home edition.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks very much.
